nope welcome to motherhood. congrats. well you could take a warm bath but not too warm. or use a heating pad but once again not too warm. but thats about it. I think you are too early for Tylenol, but I would talk to the doc about that! good luck and congrats!
painkillers are bad to take if you are pregnant… dont take anything like ibuprofen or any type of painkiller…. early in pregnancy it can cause a miscarriage second trimester it can cause birth defects such as heart problems its very bad to do…..
try taking a warm shower to try and relax.
A warm but not hot bath and tylenol.
Congrats and good luck

One son,Dylan Andrew (3 almost 4), 17 weeks 2 days with #2 (hoping to find out gender July 17th, will it be Rylee Madison or Daniel Orion)
Lots and lots of water!!! Rest and relaxation are always a good thing but not always possible =(
Even as the pregnancy progressing you will have cramping/pulling pains as the uterus grows. However if you are not fully hydrated it will be a lot worse. Try to make sure you are drinking 8-10 glasses of water a day. Take your pre natal vitamins and get as much rest as you can
Congratulations on you pregnancy!!!
It is completley safe to take paracetamol (usually called Panadol here in Australia but might be Tylenol). It’s a Category A drug, which means it’s one of the few drugs that have actually been fully proven to be harmless to your unborn baby. I had lots of cramping with both my babies and took plenty of paracetamol (safe amounts though). I hear heat packs can help too (but they didn’t with me). Congratulations! And it will get better.
You can take Tylenol.
