Pregnancy Spotting

My friend is pregnant and is just about to come up to her 2nd week of pregnancy but today shes experiencing spotting of blood, is this normal? should she be worried?

I have only in my 6 week of pregnancy and I have been using Palmers Cocoa Butter Massage Lotion for stretch marks.
I use this religiously but I am wondering, does it actually work?

I’m 19 weeks pregnant and Im having MINOR cramps. Is that normal? I also had a Cervical Cerclage when I was 13 weeks.
I had a miscarriage last year at 18 weeks and I just dotn want that to happen again. I dont remember having cramps during my last pregnancy. Should I go to the Hospital?
