The thickest cream I have ever used is Bath & Body Works Shea Butter. Is this the best cream to use to prevent stretch marks? And, when during the pregnancy should I start using it?

I have heard that Vitamin E cream helps prevent stretch marks during pregnancy is there anyone out there that has used it and found it good or vice versa.
