Pregnancy Spotting

I’m 5w5d along and I’ve been experiencing very mild cramping for the past week and a half or so. Today I also started to spot slightly, it’s brown in color. I called my Dr., she told me that both can be normal during early pregnancy and to just take it easy, but I wanted to get some feedback from what other pregnant ladies say out there. Has anyone experienced anything similar? I still have all my pregnancy symptoms (i.e. sore breasts, fatigue, frequent urination and HUNGER!).

Any input would be appreciated!

I’m not sure when my last period was, I forgot to write it down, but I’m pretty sure it was the beginning of February. I had slight cramps the end of February and on March 2nd the was pink blood. Now it is brown and not heavy bleeding at all (normally I bleed heavily during the first days of my preiod). Could I be pregnant? and if so, is it okay for me to take the test now (during this “spotting” period) or should I wait until the spotting stops?

I don’t have any other pregnancy symptoms besides fatigue, which I have all of the time anyhow lol

NO sign of bleeding.
And No sign of pregnancy symptoms.
I have Asthma and Alergies.
