Pregnancy Spotting

i should be getting my period today, and i am hoping to be pregnant. by now i have’nt had any period, so if i take a pregnancy test would it work?? or is it too early??

will i get accurate results?

i know its a possibility to have your period and still be pregnant
so i was just wondering?

I have just done a pregnancy test during my period, as I normally have really heavy periods but this seems light!!! The test says positive, but could my period be affecting the result? Urgent answers PLEASE!!!!!

I took an early detection test two days before my cycle, then again one day before my cycle; both results were positive. Then I took another test the second day of my cycle and the result was negative. Is it still possible that I may be pregnant?

Hello. So I think I’m pregnant and I’m really anxious to find out. My period I think should have started on the 28th and it’s now the 2nd. But just in case I normally would have been on my period, will the test still work??

My period is late. I am spotting and cramping like I would be if it were coming…which I’m sure it is. I have been trying for 18 months and was trying to hold onto some hope. Did any of you ladies have spotting and cramping during the early stages of pregnancy? If I am pregnant I would be 4 weeks today.
Before anyone says take a test, I plan to on Wed ot Thurs. if my period dosn’t show. I like to wait till I’m a few days late. = )

I search the web which indicate that blood can result in a false positive on the pregnancy test. I took a pregnancy test at the end of my period (still small amt of blood). Anyone have any information on this subject. Could my pregnancy test be a false positive? I will take the test again when my period is completely over.

I had unprotected sex many times and i thought i was pregnant for sure but then my period came 4 days early from the expected date.
im not sure if i am on my period or just light spotting. im confused?

Heavy period for 3 days (normal time), now only lightly spotting.
Normally have periods for 5-7 days.
No sex, but humped with bf (both of us had clothes on).

I missed my period by 2 days and then have some bleeding. But I have other symptoms of period that I usually don’t have like cramping. I know that a lot of symptoms of pregnancy are similar to those of the period so I don’t want to just ignore them. I am bleeding though but didn’t know if it was too much to be considered spotting.
