Pregnancy Spotting

Is it at all a sign of a miscarriage? Do you “KNOW” when you are having a miscarriage? Is it normal to cramp all the time during pregnancy like in the first month? Do you always blled when you have a miscarriage?

I’m 6 weeks pregnant and have started having some light bleeding/spotting especially in the mornings. I’ve been scanned and as far they can tell everything is ok. I had a miscarriage a few months ago so know what to expect. I’ve also got endometriosis and was wondering does anyone know does this cause spotting or has anyone with endo had spotting in pregnancy?

I am wondering was is considered BAD cramping during pregnancy? I am 6.5 weeks and have light-moderate cramping I think. I heard bad cramping is related to miscarriage. Is bad cramping considered constant, unbearable, what? Thanks.
