Pregnancy Spotting

What exactly is spotting during pregnancy?
I know it is blood. But how much> Is it like a few days with a little bit or is it like a very light period or what is it and when do most pregnant women get that during how many days or weeks into the pregnancy??

I am 7 weeks pregnant and the other night when I got up to use the bathroom, there was a little bit of pink on the toilet paper. By morning it was gone. Now, two days later, the same thing is happening. There was a little bit of pink when I went to the bathroom. Is this normal? What can cause spotting?

I think that I might be pregnant. This morning, a little bit after I woke up, I started experiencing some cramping. The cramps felt like that of period cramps but they weren’t near as painful. They were more just uncomfortable than anything. I’ve heard of pregnant women experiencing cramping early on so I was just wondering how early or when does this happen?

Its been about 3 weeks since I had sex, and I think I might be pregnant. I’m already 4 days late from starting my period. I bled this morning, but only a little bit. I haven’t bled since then. I’m just wondering is it possible I’m already spotting?
