Pregnancy Spotting

it’s been 3 months i haven’t had my period. I took a pregnancy test and it tested positive. But i haven’t had spotting yet. i also check my blood pressure regularly and last time it was 84 over 48. is it one cause why i am not spotting yet? I have been experiencing the common symptoms of pregnancy though.

I just took 2 digital tests. the first response. and came back positive. I’ve been having Intense Cramping now for a few days. Im probably close to 8 or 9 weeks. Im considered a high risk pregnancy because I’ve already miscarried one at the beginning of the year. I know its risky getting pregos again this soon, the doctor said we could try again after a month. but anyway Im pregnant according to the test. Has anyone had very intense cramps during pregnancy.
Last time when I miscarried I didnt cramp at all.

With my first baby I got stretch marks on my belly and thighs.
They have faded now. I am wondering, when I have another baby, will I have a new set of stretch marks? or will I not have any because the skin was stretched so much last time?
