Pregnancy Spotting

Can being really constipated cause really bad cramping during pregnancy. Yesterday I was really worried, cuz I had severe bloating and cramping all day. I felt just horrible. but I still felt baby moving around, so I figured it was probably ok. but I was in a lot of pain. I hadn’t had a bowel movement in about two days or so. Could that have caused my bad cramping. Any one have experiences with that. I always worry when I cramp up that bad. Thanks for any advice. Im 20 weeks pregnant.

I dont think mine is pregnancy spotting, i actually do feel pretty certain im coming on, im the same as always before my period.
Since taking Clomid i spot for couple days or so before hand.
Mainly if i check when having a bath/wash i notice it then( sorry if tmi!).
But women can get this in early pregnancy and I wondered how common it is and what your experiences of it were?

Hi everyone. Looking for some general advice or anyone else’s experiences with abdominal cramping and pain during pregnancy.

I’m only 24 weeks pregnant (first time) and about four weeks ago I started getting lower abdominal pain. The midwives have said that it is quite normal, it is just the weight of the growing uterus putting pressure on my abdomen. Other than that I am totally fine and the pregnancy is progressing really well!

So, for all the ladies who have already gone through this, how long do you think this pain generally lasts for? Is it something that lasts all the way through the pregnancy? I’m only half way and it is really starting to get to me!
