cramping during pregnancy

This is my second pregnancy and I’m in my first trimester I’ve been having headaches and mild cramping. It feels like period cramping but not as strong. Is this normal?

i had cramping throughout my entire pregnanacies. rule of thumb is…if there is just cramping or just spotting you are usually ok, but the 2 together are usually a sign that you should get checked out. most of the time what feels like cramping in the early stages of pregnancy is everythign stretching and growing on the inside and not too much to worry about. that being said, if you ever have any concerns about your pregnancy, go see your dr. you can never be too overcautious when you are carrying a new little life. congratulations!

im having my 2nd as well and the ‘period’ like cramps are normal, my doctor said it is normal to have a little pain in your lower tum with your 2nd pregnancy..

YES AND NO. Even spotting sometimes occurs. but anything more then that can be serious.
