Ive been spotting blood when i wipe off and on thoughout my whole pregnancy. I had a utrasound at 6 weeks with heartbeat. Is there anyone that has been through this or that is going through it. Any advice will be helpful.

It’s always possible to miscarry, yes.
i miscarried without ever bleeding (actually the baby’s heart just stopped so i had to have a d&c) then i got pregnant again about 2 months later and had bleeding around 7 weeks but the baby was fine and the doc couldnt explain it.
Spotting is normal during pregnancy and if you’ve had a normal u/s then there is no reason to think you are having a miscarriage. If you are sure you are, you should speak to your doc and I’m sure he/she’ll calm your fears. Of course miscarrying is always possible, and more probable before 12 weeks. But I wouldn’t worry about it because stress can cause a miscarriage. Just take care of yourself for now until you find out if your overreacting or not. Congrats and good luck!
