Heavy period for 3 days (normal time), now only lightly spotting.
Normally have periods for 5-7 days.
No sex, but humped with bf (both of us had clothes on).

You are not pregnant!
Yes you can. But, if you have had a period and it’s heavy why are you concerned you’re pregnant? I’ve had periods for 2 days before and they are usually 3 to 4 days. Never sure why, but that was my body. It’s impossible to get pregnant from dry humping with CLOTHING on.
You need to have sex to be pregnant.
Plus you have had your period. So dont be worried.
If you have your period…you are not pregnant. Plus you need to have penetration and the guy needs to ejaculate. Go to planned parenthood and talk to a nurse about birth control (in case you are thinking about having sex) it’s confidential and inexpensive if not free.
You can have a period while prego but that’s not possible in your case. If his penis didn’t touch your vagina without clothing you CANNOT get pregnant!!! Didn’t you pay attention during sex ed?

Unless you’re bf ejaculated in, on or in close proximity to your vagina then no you are not pregnant. You need sperm to meet egg for you to be pregnant. Dry humping doesn’t count.
Not only that, but having your period means theres a fairly good chance you aren’t pregnant as well.
A lighter/shorter period can mean a huge range of things. Have you lost any weight recently? Been stressed? Are you dehydrated? Have you been sick at all? All those things, plus many more, can cause irregular periods.
But yes, if you had sex about 2 weeks ago then if you are pregnant it would probably show up on a pregnancy test around now.
Highly unlikley you are pregnant as you didnt actually have full sexual intercourse, but if you are worried take a test and least your mind would be at rest and there will be no stress
