You must go to a doctor - specially in the first trimester to get your diet, haemoglobin and folic acid requirements monitored.
You should have checked for chicken-pox vaccine prior to planning for pregnancy, but thats all right. You will need a tetanus shot in your 2nd trimester and again one more into your third trimester. Nothing much is needed really. Late just around your labor you will get a few shot including a HIV-immuno shot.
No tests and vaccinations are required. Some are advised for everyone. Some are only advised for women of certain races / ages. And it depends what country you’re in.
You need to go to the doctors NOW. Forget being scared. This is not about you, it is about your baby and you are going to have to get used to taking him/her to the doctors whenever he/she needs it for the next 18 years. Say to your mum/husband/friend that you need to go, and get them to take you. If you need to sit in the car and weep all the way there, and in the waiting room, then I’m afraid that’s just how it is. Take a deep breath and do it for your baby.
How can you seek such important advise from common public? You have to contact your gynaecologist or family doctor for this.

Take care n have a healthy baby!
There are no vaccines required during pregnancy. Your blood work will tell you your blood type because the negative factor can cause problems if the father is positive. It will tell you if you are at risk for becoming diabetic during your pregnancy. It will tell you if you have lost immunity from any childhood vaccines such as rubela this lets you know to avoid anyone who may be a carrier. They can also run tests to check for birth defects. This all requires One poke where they’ll draw several small tubes and do the tests at once and if all is well no more is required until much later when you get one more poke. It’s not fun but it’s not a big deal.
