Yes they are a normal part of pregnancy. I get them in my calf muscle. Make sure you drink plenty of water through out the day, and have a bit of salt in your diet. This should help to ease the frequency of the cramps.
YES and its absolutely normal.
I do quite a bit of walking during the day so what helps is sitting down and drinking plenty of water; but make sure you don’t sit for longer periods of time.
The worse part are the cramps I get at night so I have to jump out of bed and walk around to get rid of it…but it does go away and nothing to worry about.
I got them throughout both pregnancies, particularly at night. Nothing to worry about. I have heard that taking magnesium can help (please check with your Dr first).
It stopped happening as regularly after having the babies and then after a few months stopped altogether.
